I would have to say blonde since I dont think your boss would apreciate dark red hair that much.

I know this is an extremely old entry, but I just find it funny that I was also debating between blonde or red... and I, too, chose blonde. :D
Btw, I just found this on Heather's blogroll on her blog. ^_^
